Personal Highlights
Weapon System
I created a highly dynamic weapon system, including guns, staffs and melee weapons, and allowing for both one-handed and two-handed weapons. Both the player and enemies can hold any combination of one-handed weapons and use them individually.
Attribute System
I implemented attributes that you can increase by leveling up. They buff your characters weapons in many different ways, these include damage, firerate, range, spread, projectile count and pierce.
Weapon Enhancements
Added different enhancements you could find and apply to weapons, these include lifesteal, stun, explosive, burn, slow and poison.
Pixel Art & Animation
Using Aseprite, I drew all of our pixel art (EXCEPT for the weapon crate), as well as made all the spritesheet animations.
I am part of The Game Assembly’s internship program. As per the agreement between the Games Industry and The Game Assembly, neither student nor company may be in contact with one another regarding internships before April 15th. Any internship offers can be made on April 27th, at the earliest.
